    What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    The charges vary from item to item and the delivery location.  XClean Doo Away is a corrosive item and incurs dangerous goods charges from most couriers.  Shipping is calculated based on weight, delivery location, and the presence of any dangerous goods.  It’s a complex calculation and sometimes there are errors, if you think your shipping charges in the cart are too high at checkout please give us a call on 0800 366 292.

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    We accept Visa & Mastercard.  We also offer the option of internet banking transfer.

    How long will delivery take?

    Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, and Taranaki expect delivery 1-2 working days after placing your order.

    Whanganui, and Wellington, expect delivery 1-3 working days after placing your order.

    Rural Delivery (North Island) Add an extra day for rural delivery.

    South Island Cities – expect delivery 1-4 working days after placing your order.

    Rural Delivery (South Island) add an extra working day after placing your order.

    How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

    Our shopping facility is very secure.  We use DPS Payment express which processes card details securely.  XClean never sees your card details.  DPS is one of New Zealand’s largest secure transaction providers and is used by a number of government departments.  It is exceptionally secure and has an excellent privacy policy.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Orders placed after 10am go into the queue for fulfilment the next working day.  Your item is then packaged and will leave our Hamilton warehouse the day is packed.   Most items are shipped with Toll Couriers.  A tracking number is emailed to you the day your item dispatches.

    Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    Absolutely.  A valid New Zealand invoice should be emailed to you with confirmation of your order.  If you didn’t receive one please call us on 0800 366 292 or email [email protected]
