Need Fleet Wash, Multi-purpose X-Clean Citrus Concentrate Cleaner, Accessories or empty bottles? Add them to your chemical order to ship them for free! (Free shipping does not apply to stand-alone accessory orders).
We accept Visa & Mastercard. We also offer the option of internet banking transfer.
Because our liquids are Dangerous Goods (must be segregated from food), they travel via Road Freight only. Inter-island delivery can take weeks, not days.
To avoid rural delivery delays, we highly recommend shipping to your local FarmSource, PGG, or Farmlands.

Our shopping facility is very secure. We use Stripe which processes card details securely. Stripe is one of World’s largest secure transaction providers and is used widely a huge number of Kiwi businesses. It is exceptionally secure and has an excellent privacy policy.
Orders placed after 10am go into the queue for fulfilment the next working day. Your item is then packaged and will leave one of warehouses within 1-2 business days after the payment is cleared in our bank. Most items are shipped with Team Global Express. A tracking number is emailed to you the day your item dispatches. We may contact you if we need to check something with you and or if there are any delays.
Absolutely. A valid New Zealand invoice should be emailed to you with confirmation of your order. If you didn’t receive one please email admin@xclean.co.nz
