Surface Shield – 500ml

Surface Shield is a powerful nano-ceramic shield that can be applied to any surface.  Once applied it ensures that the surface remains clean without having to scrub or blast, or do anything to the surface.  If dust or other muck does settle on the surface the faintest application of water will leave the surface entirely clean again.

Surface Shield can be applied to any surface. Concrete, tin, car exteriors, wood, roofing iron, and even painted surfaces.  Once applied the Surface Shield will give you years and years of protection. It does not change the underlying colour of the surface, so can be applied to unique vehicle colorings without impacting them.

Surface Shield is ideal for cutting down the many hours you spend cleaning machinery, vehicles, and high use/impact areas.  It is NOT suitable for flooring as it will make the flooring amazingly slippery.

We will only guarantee the results of Surface Shield if the area is cleaned before hand with an appropriate X-Clean cleaner ( usually Xtreme Clean ) and the area is completely dry after cleaning.  Surface Shield needs 2 coats, with at least a 2 hour delay (24 hours better) after each coat where the surface is kept clean and dry.

Surface Shield is sold in 500ml bottles, each bottle comes with an a screw top mister for application.  Each 500ml bottle with cover approximately 35 square meters of metal/tin/vehicle bodies. 26 square meters of painted concrete/wood, and 18 square meters of bare concrete/wood.  For Surface Shield to work it needs 2 coats, and the coverage listed is true coverage.  So one 500ml will provide 2 coats over 35 square meters of tin.

Surface Shield needs to all be applied within a week of opening the bottle as it will deteriorate quickly once the seal is broken.
